What supplements/substances can be used in combination with Adderall to improve overall health?

an_ti_ma_ter

—-To all you Curious Georges and Intellectuals, I’m 20 years of age and have little fear of drugs, luckily I’m able to maintain a controlled need/want for them. I hope to put together an efficient daily regiment that works against the damage caused by the ill effects of the bad habits me and thousands of other people are so good at doing. SO, if you clicked this question to warn me Adderall and related amphetamines are addicting and blah blah blah i know that so please go worry somewhere else and gtfo.

—-About two months ago I was prescribed Adderall(30 mg) IR 2-3 times a day for a minor case of ADHD and off-label use for my depression and anxiety disorder in combination with (100mg) of Imipramine taken at night. Unfortunately, there are always negative effects. My physical health has been suffering and i plan to improve that through necessary minerals/vitamins/other natural supplements/diet/exercise/etc..If u have tips and cool tricks post those too. (ex. found that Vitamin C removes whatever is left so i can sleep)
~~~Noticeable Negative Effects ~~~
—-My skin, everyday cuts n bruises take a day or so longer to heal. skin looks slightly more transparent and splotchy on limbs and face (Skin usually covered by clothing much more opiate. Around my eyes are darker and dryer (I’m aware of sleep deprivation effects)
—-My endurance is very limited, I’m 5’9 at 150lbs. Always been a sprinter, But recent months I get tired quick, I feel the same strength and power only 5-10 minutes or rest later, but its not too efficient, and annoying to stop n go stop n go.
—-My heart beats hard and fast, the chance of an arrhythmia concerns me and is not only possible but common in Amphetamine use and abuse. So i would like to improve my cardio.
—-Headaches,They occur maybe twice to 3 times a month and are most painful at the top of my head and sometimes above the right ear. They usually are the start of a crash and soon after severe exhaustion takes the course. anything that could reduce those would be nice/(anything that reduces crash symptoms) …..=)
—-Minor Hand tremors, extremely annoying and frustrating. Someone suggested meditation and exhaling slow, it works but is temporary relief. They occur in general when my blood gets moving and hot, I’d like to know why and ways n tricks of reducing these side effects.
baby’s legs tremor from time to time throughout the day?
pollywolly
My baby is now 15 weeks but was born at 37 weeks. I have spoken to the doctor and the health visitors about his leg tremors. They said that it is quite normal for some babies to have this but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced their baby’s legs tremoring and when it started to go away. the doctor can’t be specific so thought I’d ask you ladies who may have experienced this for yourselves. Thanks in advance.
Why do my hands tremor?
Jonny M123
Why do my hands tremor? It is noticable when I am holding something or pouring liquid. I am only a 32yo male. Good general health other than some slight anxiety. What could be the issue? I don’t take medicine and I have low blood pressure and exercise. I take supplements: magnesium, multi, vitamin D, glucosamine, B, and zinc. Looking for clues. Thanks for the help!
Angina Help
Anyone have any idea what could be causing my health problems?
u29rm4
Hi there, for the past 3 years i have been experiencing health problems. I am male and 23 years old. My symptoms are – mental confusion, memory problems, muscle pain and weakness, very low sex drive, anxiety, muscle tremors, fatigue and tendonitis in the left arm. I have been to many doctors and they cannot find anything wrong with me. I have had ct and mri scans of head, lumbar puncture, chest xray and a lot of blood tests. My diagnosis is anxiety but i still feel there could be something physical ccausingthese problems. Do all these problems sound anxiety related? Even when im not anxious the problems remain. Anyone have any ideas of something the doctors may not have checked or might of missed. I eat very healthy, dont drink or smoke, and get plenty of sleep. thanks for any help.
Concerning the health of humans?
Nike
Today was different than most. It started off the same, eating my alphabits, when suddenly I looked down (this is were it becomes DIFFERENT) and I saw a name, followed by the word north. I have taken this very seriously, as an omen. I am packing my bags in search of this person, and I need to know a few things. First, I will be trekking through the desert. Question 1: Do tremors really exist? Once i pass the desert, I will be traveling over an icy lake. Here comes question number two: Can humans out swim beluga whales? Finally I ask, what is the best hunting rifle to shoot rabbits with? They will be my staple food.
Fellow humans, I AM OFF!
Dog health question: Anyone had a pet with similar symptoms?
Mercy P
First: I’ve already taken him to the vet twice, and have now been referred to a specialist, who I’ll be seeing tomorrow.
He’s a 60+ pound beagle/blue tick coon hound mix, neutered with all of his shots.
His first episode was in late October. He began swallowing or gulping repeatedly and loudly, and had slight muscle tremors. I do not know if this happened after a lot of exercise, but we had recently gotten a new dog and they were playing in the backyard. On this day there were also a lot of wasps out (which he’s never learned not to bite at despite being stung before, no adverse effects), a few sticks they’d pulled out from beneath the deck, and since she’d had some fleas, he had recently been given a round of a permethrin-based spot on flea medication.
His voice changed over the winter and his whines/growls became very strained and high pitched, though he could still bark normally. In January he had another episode following some intense running around. More swallowing repeatedly, but no muscle tremors. He was pacing urgently and desperate to go outside and eat grass. When he was inside, he tried to eat a cloth comforter tag. He eventually threw up bile. He would also stand there drooling, something he never does, and he was hungry but didn’t want to eat his hard food until I’d moistened it.
His third episode was last Friday, again after some intensive activity. Started with swallowing again, then pacing and desperation to go outside. He was staring at his food, so I gave him some wet food, but he eventually threw up food and bile. He normally doesn’t snore but he did that night.
He also has clear nasal discharge and his gums are usually somewhat pale, though right now they look pink. When the vet checks his throat right under his ears, he starts coughing.
He’s had x-rays taken of his throat and chest, nothing abnormal. He’s going to get an endoscopy tomorrow.
Also: his appetite and thirst are fine. He eats and drinks well and has no problem with hard food when he is not having an episode. At least, if it hurts him, he shows no indication of it. He’s gained five pounds between January and March.
Oh yeah. When he’s not having an episode, which usually lasts for about a day, he seems perfectly fine and happy.
He’s three years old. He had muscle tremors the first time but not since and shows no signs of lethargy or anything. Even in the midst of an episode, he’s alert and energetic.
I have no idea what kind of x-ray they did beyond what areas were done.
He’s been on a different food for a month.
Little curious how it could possibly be an allergy when the only thing that sets it off is exhaustive activity of some kind, and in all three cases he had something very exciting going on.
First time was after new puppy, second after first time to the park in a while due to winter weather, third time was after company was over.
His heart and lungs were fine on x-ray, he has no exercise intolerance, and he’s as energetic and alert as ever.
Also, his voice has since changed back to normal, and the third episode was not as bad as the second, which was not as bad as the first.
Is it at all possible the permethrin is still stored in his body and when he’s super excited/energetic, it’s released and he has another reaction to it?
Permethrin toxicity includes his symptoms, but it seriously has been months since the one time I used it. I disposed of it away after his first episode so he hasn’t gotten into it since.
