My dog is vomiting and shaking. The shaking began about 2 hrs ago and the vomiting began about 4 hrs ago. She is drinking a lot of water and isnt eating.

I havent had this before but suddenly this year when i need to raise my voice at school whether it is for presentations or speaking up from my desk I notice my voice shaking. I feel nerves kicking in, but ive felt that in school years ago and my voice never shook like this. Also today my voice totally cracked in a strange way. And i feel tingling in my hands when im about to speak sometimes. im just wondering if this has anything to do with a voice tremor or maybe its something else. My biggest problem or worry this year is my damn voice, i want to control it, it seems unpredictable. (When im talking at a normal tone to students its fine, all though there have been occasions when it was slightly shaky)

Angina and Diet

My husband has severe tremor in one hand. It stops when he falls asleep. Medication has not helped. Where do I look for a place that can teach him biofeedback, or hypnotise him for tremor? I don’t know if it works, but it’s worth a try.

Help with Anxiety

I have had short term memory prob for about 4+ years and a slight tremor in my right thumb for about a year. Never worried about the thumb, but neuro doc did. I had gone for testing two years ago, said there were definitely problems with memory. They sent me again a few months ago. The only conclusive evidence was that the memory problems weren’t any worse. After they noticed the tremor, they have just done more tests. Doc said there is a problem with working memory. I’m waiting for the final test results. Any help would be appreciated.
