benign essential tremor in young children?

My son is 4 and has benign essential tremor. I have been told its very uncommon at such a young age. (he has had it since he was 2) It is only in his hands now but I think he is starting to get voice tremors when he is very nervous. I am afraid since it started so young that it will get worse at an early age. anyone else with a similar experience?
I do not have experience thankfully, but I did a search and found this site. It does have support information there as well. Best wishes to you and your son.I have a disease that can cause this as well and worked with young children with disabilities before becoming ill myself.
