<description>I have multiple lesions on my brain and a lesion near my spianl canal. I was diagnosed with MS and then Lupus. So, I am fairly aquainted with involuntary movements, numbness, neuropathic pain/burning,cold patches hyper-sensitive skin etc.
I tried gabapentin, but now take pregabalin which is a better version,(in my experience).I also take Citalopram which is a SSRI med and Nifedipine. To be honest dealing with the pain even gets the better of me. I am a trained and reg counsellor. I tend to use counselling techniques on myself to keep me ticking over. Chronic pain is never easy.
Regards
