Can ADD be caused from a fetus being subjected to alcohol, day after day, in the womb? When the baby became a toddler, she was very hyperactive, and now as an adult, has ADD. Could this be caused from the mother drinking the whole time she was pregnant with this child? (The baby was born with delirium tremors, couldn’t breath, and was in alcohol withdrawals).
.Alcohol Syndrome can cause all kinds of mental problems. I am so sorry. There is help she doesn’t have to live with this, and there are many safe medications to help her live a normal life.
