I don’t use drugs and I am not on any medication so why would they cramp up like that at about the same time every day or two. That is too often for me and I don’t know what it could be. I am only 21 and unless I have nerve damage from a previous accident 3 years ago and only one hand was damaged and they both spasm like crazy to where I can’t drive, write, or pick upi anything because it hurts to try.
My grandmother, Aunt, and Mother all have slipped discs. The line goes further down the family tree. Is this genetic? I am seventeen years old and am already getting back pains from simple tasks, as my mother described hers beginning before she slipped her first disc when she was in her twenties. Pain shooting at times, uncomfortable, etc. What are the odds of me accidently slipping one if I’m not careful? What can I do to prevent this from happening? Also — I come from a very low income family. My mother has lived with slipped discs and random tremors for years but on average she can work, lift things, despite being told not to [she'll get spasms through her legs and arms now about every five-six months that last for hours, jumping and pressing on nerves and I know it's because she can't afford not to work so she pushes herself too hard sometimes] and we can’t afford medicine so she’s deals with every stabbing pain everyday. What can I buy to help her? Is there anythink I can do?
