I have had a problem with my hands shaking for no apprent reasons since I was young(I am 42 now).I find it hard to do public things that would bring attention to my hands like public dinners or cookouts.The doctor gave me a script for propranolol both in a slow release and imediate.It has some effect but I still have tremors and if I am anxious it is worse.I dont drink alcohol much but when I do it seems to help.can this be an anxiety issue?Thanks
i have a mild case of essential tremor, have tried several medicines with no improvement. is is possible that there is a drug out there that will improve my tremors by 50%-100% or am i doomed because my case is mild..

When im in bed i feel like there is a flickering of small muscles in my lower abdomen. Also odd muscle spasms in small muscles in my butt. I am also having slight abdominal pain in my lower right abdomen region.
they used to only be in my hands but now I am getting them in my arms and legs ( I had an EEG and MRI, and he didn’t think it was too much to be concerned about). Has anyone else ever been given this drug to calm tremors?
On saturday, I took half a pill too much of Zoloft. That night I was awaken by nausea, dizziness, and tremors (all symptoms of zoloft overdose). All three continued throughout the day, slowly abating until today-where I am only left with a slight tremor. I’m guessing that I’m not going to drop dead at any moment, but are health issues likely to arise from HALF a pill? Cash is tight, and a trip to the doctor is a pain the neck and the wallet. Since my symptoms are leaving, should i be concerned?
My cousin had cerebellum damage when he was born. He has been to many doctors but no one knows how to treat him. He has these terrible mood swings, he has trouble with his balance, tremors everything that is related to this damage. Is there anybody out there who knows of somebody that has this trouble or knows of a good doctor or hospital that deals with this? I just can’t believe this time in age that there isn’t someone or something out there that can’t help him. I would apprecaite any help.
