I find that I’ve always had a very short temper. I believe part of it comes from my parent’s history of having very short tempers as well. I often let certain things that people say get to me. Sometimes, when I start talking, I feel my blood rushing and my voice begins to tremor. I’d like to know how I could stay more composed as I am talking while angry. Thanks in advance.
I’ve just been said to have tremors. Where can I find information on tremors?
I’ve not had my blood checked in three months. I’ve been having tremors for a couple weeks. Last night I started feeling nausious. Today I felt like throwing up. Nothing came, but I started drinking water and felt a bit better. Yet I’ve felt quite weak all day. Not hungry. I took myself down to 900mg from 1200mg, also. I also take Effexor and Xanax.
What are the most common side effects?
I suffer from anxiety….social and panic. I avoid social situations, bite my nails and inside of my cheek, hand tremors, heart palps, etc. I left my job because I was too afraid to face my obnoxious boss who made me feel nervous everyday. Everyone walks all over me because I have no self-esteem. I worry constantly and irrationally, I create my own version of why someone is looking at me, usually thinking its bad. I think everyone is staring at me and thinking badly of me. I will do really weird things to avoid people. I saw a doctor a few years ago for this and he prescribed me Paxil. I am not depressed or bi-polar and got no results. Valium and Xanax are the only meds that help. I know because when I take either of them, I finally feel “right”. But, Doctors are not so willing to prescribe them, or maybe I haven’t seen the right one. I’m 31 yrs old and can’t take it anymore. Tired of feeling this way…..like the whole world is out to get me.
Anyone out there have some advice on ways to get a hold of my anxiety? I have never had a problem dealing with stress but now it seems I am always worrying. I do have a lot of things going on in my life at the moment. I cant sleep through the night without waking up. My hands tremor, my knees feel weak. I cant seem to shake it. I guess if i cant get control of it I will have to go in and get some meds but i really want to leave that as a last resort.

I’m not anxious, and will not take a beta-blocker. Every day I suffer from THE most annoying weakness/shaking in my fingers and hands, and it’s all induced from a small dose of Lexapro (an antidepressant) I take. The Lexapro works so well, and I will absolutely not be switching meds anytime soon. The TREMOR I experience is SO mild, but keeps me from playing guitar/basketball etc, that it needs to end. I’m praying for NATURAL REMEDIES or supplements to try on a daily basis in hope of curing this problem. I’ve already tried Magnesium to not much avail. PLEASE help…
trermors caused by seroquel or lexapro. I do not know which one.
I am 16, this shouldn’t be happening.
I keep getting the feeling that a small Earthquake is happening, when I am sitting still of lying in bed. It happens a few times in a row then goes away for a few days to a week. it is my whole body that feels it I think – but mostly the lower part.
I have researched this and really it would seem like I have Parkinsons. I do have severe anxiety so perhaps it could be linked to this? I am not on any medication.
arghh… help me! I’m freaking a bit, it happened really badly today and now I feel sick/ nervous tension.
I cannot go to my docs, I see him wayy too much about all my generally trivial symptoms.

My husband is currently on 15 Mg of Abilify which is no longer working, we were thinking of asking the doctor about putting him back on Geodon since it worked so well on him before(got off of it because of tremors) How well does Abilify and Geodon work together for voices and visual hallucinations?
