I suffer from asthma and tremors, my hands are always shaking

Help with Angina

I seriously want to be a surgeon. But I’ve discovered that I have ET. Are there any exercise which can reduce the tremors? I’m 16, and live in Malaysia. The tremors aren’t that bad anyway, I can still perform dissections without too many tremors.
