will wake up crying really hard, and it takes about 20 mins to console him. It’s almost like he is having a bad dream and doesn’t know he’s awake. What is this? Is it night terrors or tremors? What can I do to help? It drives me nuts to see him so upset. Please serious answers only!
Oh and I seriously do not believe in medicating my kid.

My son (16 months) has had a cold the last few days and this morning he wouldn’t walk and wanted to just sit or lie down. We weren’t too concerned until later this morning when we noticed his right arm had a slight tremor (not a violent spasm) but just a constant shaking. We took him to the ER but he seemed fine once we got him there…walking fine, tremor was gone, no temperature, no ear infection, lungs were ok etc…just a runny nose. Our pediatrician said just to monitor him and come in to the office if it happens again. Has anyone had a toddler with similar symptoms?

Last night she woke at 10:30 screaming and had tremors for 45 minutes – on and off about 5 minutes a part. Each one would wake her with crying and then she’d fall back to sleep, wake up 5 minutes later and so on.

This morning she wouldn’t walk and was very stiff.
When she finally started walking it was with very rigid step. then she proceeded to walk normally.

She is exhausted and just put her down for a nap but I am checking on her every 2 minutes!

lastly, I didn’t think to take her temp until 1 hour after I gave her Tylenol. Then the temp read 101.2 – so she must have a fever.

As I said, waiting for doc to call me but wondering if anyone has experienced this with their child.
I am afraid the doc will say its normal and I really feel like it isn’t.

doc called and wants to see her this afternoon. I’m really freaked with all these shots and will think twice next time about letting them give so many at once

Hes come to me on 3 different occasions shaking his whole body. Hes 2 years old and he can not walk or talk yet and has food allergys. Doctors say he has hypotonia (low muscle tone) He does crawl. What does this mean? Ive called the doc and she said it doesnt sound like a seiser because when i pick him up he stops. Does this sould like cerebral palsy?
Listen i have taken my child to the docors hundreds of times. I fact iam taken him today. Hes recieves PT,OT,and ST . I live in Alaska and they still cant figure out was wrong with him. He has a therepy every day. M-F The doctors are suggesting we fly down to Seattle. Which i will do!!! So iam not on here B S ing Like you say. Iam just asking if anyone has gone through they say thing and iam looking for other opions. Maybe someone has gone through the same thing. You have no idea what i have gone through with my son!!!
