    Multiple Sclerosis?

A person with MS could have loss of balance and muscle coordination making walking difficult; another person with MS could have slurred speech, tremors, stiffness, and bladder problems.

    I believe it’s called palsy.

    From Wikipedia:
Palsy is a medical term derived from the word paralysis that is defined as paralysis of a body part often accompanied by loss of feeling and uncontrolled body movements such as shaking. It occurs in the name of several medical conditions including cerebral palsy (caused by some intracranial lesions), brachial palsy (paralysis of an arm) and Bell’s palsy.

you mean like a seizure? that would be epilepsy.

or possibly its Tourette’s Syndrome, i know that that can do some weird things. it can also make you cuss uncontrollably, like i mean 100 times a minute nonstop. it’s called a tic. you can have a cussing tic or a shaking tic i guess.
