Hand tremor shaking Dr or nurse help please?

I have been getting hand tremors and was wondering if this sounds normal or should I worry: when it happens its in my finger and thumb, like when i pinch them together, it also happens if I am lifting something.
These happen once in a great while,not often, and lasts 10-15.
minutes, it almost feels like I have low blood sugar? But today I’ve been eatting a lot of sweets (bday party) so maybe its to much sugar? anyway, can you help me out
Oh yeah I have no other symptoms other then that and its been going on for about 1or 2 years
It could be different things or nothing at all. You need a good physical and blood workup. See your Doc.
