I know that one of the more severe side-effects with Abilify is tardive dyskinesia, which may be permanant. Tardive dyskinesia is a neurological disorder which causes purposeless and involuntary movements. However, the movements are more jerk-like, whereas tremors are more of a shaking movement. As far as the tremors being a side-effect from Lamictal, I have seen it happen before, but not too often.
