I would watch them closely and make sure they are not getting into something that is toxic. If they are getting into things in your home such as chocolate and raisins, sensitivity to a pesticide or other thing like that, or It could be anything from poison, pesticides/herbicide to plant matter in your yard/ area..
It also could just be plain seizure activity, but 4 of them seems an awfully high number. Were they all related? Did they have any head trauma or dietary deficiencies ? Are they on a raw diet?
Here is a pretty good link:

have they been tested for Lyme disease as well?

what kind of heartworm or flea control are they on? Some dogs are not able to tolerate ivermectin. Are they able to get into livestock feces? (eating the feces can sometimes expose dogs to toxic levels of ivermectin as well). There are just so many questions and situations here. I would seriously suggest consulting another vet to get a "fresh eye" on the situation.

have they gotten into something...it sounds like some kind of poisoning. They could get those exact symptoms by eating some rotten food in your trash or a dead animal outside. If it stinks they love it..rotten food and dead animals dont usually hurt them, but it can and when it does they can get sick like that.
