Has anyone with Parkinsons been diagnosed using neuropsychological testing? I have a minor tremor + memory pro

I have had short term memory prob for about 4+ years and a slight tremor in my right thumb for about a year. Never worried about the thumb, but neuro doc did. I had gone for testing two years ago, said there were definitely problems with memory. They sent me again a few months ago. The only conclusive evidence was that the memory problems weren’t any worse. After they noticed the tremor, they have just done more tests. Doc said there is a problem with working memory. I’m waiting for the final test results. Any help would be appreciated.
