Heat or Ice for leg tremors?

Having some leg tremors due to what I think may be reaction to a medication. Was wondering if I should use heat or cold to help it. Kept me awake for a bit last night. My one leg is sore from all the movement.
If your having that kind of reaction to Meds. you better talk to your doctor!! I hope you feel better
