Help i think im experiencing some dietary supplements side effects?

I have been having these random tremors and feeling a lot sleepier than usual also these headaches too.Because i took Formadrol extreme XL testosterone booster dietary supplement capsules. but i only took it once why am i experiencing the side effects? and how do i get rid of them?
Sounds like stimulant side effects.. check supplement ingredients.
I am really sensitive to stimulants too. Messes me up for days. Don’t take any for a week or so..even coffee.
First of all you stop taking these. If your symptoms don’t improve soon you call your doctor or go to the emergency room.
