How can i stop my left hand from shaking?
Lily Z
I’m 13, my right hand it perfectly fine, but my left hand starts to shake every time I made a fits, or hold something tight. It all started today when I was holding on to a door knob, then I noticed that my hand was just shaking. I’m afraid that I might have this “tremor” or some short of disease …..
I think it was the medicine I took, but they were just eye drops, it shouldn’t effect my left hand,…..should it? and I haven’t really used my left hand lately (well I do type with it though)
- what is it that I have?
- is it serious?
- how can I stop my left hand from shaking?

you should ask a doctor or a prof.
try to clench your teeth.
good luck
stop masturbating so much you pervert.
Eye drops shouldn’t affect your hand. It probably isn’t a disease. It might be some sort of muscle fatigue, since you said everytime your hold something tight it shakes. Give your left hand a rest and don’t tire it out. hope the shaking stops.
A detail you should add is how long its been shaking. I had a bit of a problem with my left arm after carrying a heavy object and i am 14. That was from muscle fatigue. The problem persisted for a day then went away. If your problem persists for more than a couple of days, tell your guardian to take you to a doctor to have it checked out. The eyedrops probably aren’t the cause. Also if you have nervous tension, that could be what is causing your arm to shake. Nervous tension means being stressed or pressured a lot. If these suggestions don’t answer your question, i would see a doctor.
Hi,
If you used a prescription eye medicine, have your parent/guardian call your pharmacist and ask about this problem.
You other choice is to have your parent/guardian call your doctor. Any new symptom when you are taking medicine should be reported to your physician.
It is probably nothing to worry about, but the adults who care for you and your doctor should know about this.
Good luck!

Sorry to hear that sweetie. I am not a health expert, but I think you should see one. My hand (s) usually shake when I am hungry, but that’s me. Good Luck.
If the tremor continues it should be evaluated by a physician. Tremors can be the first sign of a serious neural illness.
If it doesn’t stop, see a neurologist, not just a general physician.
