You might need to get new rotors, when you brake and you feel vibration is because the rotors are warped, or worn badly, this happens alot, it is normal, get new rotors and brake pads and you will be fine.

your front brake disc’s may be warped, wheel balance, loose wheels. or you may have a front end problem, have it checked as soon as possible.

you need to change the brake rotors and pads (pads just because you might as well since the caliper is off). If you’ve never done this before and are fairly handy.. it’s really an easy job. after removing the wheel, you’ll see the caliper that clamps onto the rotor which stops the wheel (sorry if you know this). There are two bolts that hold the caliper on; they’re located on the rear side. Do not remove the brake line/ hose connected to the caliper. once you’ve removed the two bolts, you should be able to shimmy the caliper off. Remove the old brake pads. Before you put the new pads on, you have to push the piston back into the caliper.. it’s the round piece that looks like a pipe that pushes on the inner pad. Normally you simply use a C-Clamp and tighten it in flush, but i believe this honda has a slightly different system. You will need a tool to turn the piston in (i believe clockwise). Tell the guy at autozone and he’ll show you the tool. I have no idea what it’s called. The one i have looks like a cube with nubs on it. Put the new pads on. Slide the old rotor off the bolts and replace with new. If it doesn’t come off, spray WD-40 all over the backside and thru where the lugs holes are. Sometimes rust can bind it up. You may also need a big hammer to tap on it in different locations. You’re replacing the rotor anyway, so don’t worry about damaging it. Don’t hit the lugs however. If this sounds like too much, but the repair book for your make and year at autozone or any parts store and check it out. It really is simple and only takes 20 minutes to do.
