It sounds as though the new dose is no longer theraputic. Have you been offered access to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or Neuro Linguistic Programming? These are basic talk therapies which may help. If your doctor has decreased your dose, tell him/her that you're having withdrawal symptoms that are pretty bad. If your doctor didn't approve this decrease and you're just doing this on your own, start taking your regular dosage again. Why are you on a lower dose suddenly?
