i have a benign tremor does anyone know any ways to help?

Tremor or tumor? I don’t know if I’ve heard of a benign tremor before but a benign tumor should be operable and fairly simple to remove depending on its location. Be GRATEFUL that it is benign!!! You’ll have surgery, maybe chemotherapy and a few months away from work/school and you should be fine. Don’t worry too much about it. Medicine is so awesome today.
Tumeric is known to reduce tumor size, healthy diets rich in fruit and veggies might help…reducing caffeine, etc…
Can’t really do a whole lot, if you in pain take some advil or something. That’s what I have to do, my body has a bunch of benign tumors. I have nf type 1.
go to doctor and they have it removed very easilly it is not major
