I don't know if I've heard of a benign tremor before but a benign tumor should be operable and fairly simple to remove depending on its location. Be GRATEFUL that it is benign!!! You'll have surgery, maybe chemotherapy and a few months away from work/school and you should be fine. Don't worry too much about it. Medicine is so awesome today. Tremor or tumor?
