tremors in hand and arm,especially when eating and sitting up with arm up,cannot even sew ,hand shakes

    Me too, I was prescribed Inderal for it, but it didn’t work for me, but it does for most people. My doctor said I’m the youngest person he’s ever seen with that. It started when I was like 13ish. I’m 20 now.

    I will almost guarantee that it is due to a nerve problem. I’ve had it happen, when my arm or hand is in a certain position and it shakes until I move it to a more comfortable position.

    It’s not serious. However, see your regular doctor about it just to make sure. Good luck!
