i sometimes hate myself because of this
how can i get through life with this illness?
people laugh at me, and make jokes about it
yesterday one said; you dont even have to do any efforts if you want to masturbate, your hand is shaking automatically already

when people laugh at you, don’t say a word. Just stare at them blankly. When they’re done, walk away.
If anyone says anything like that, say: well, good for me eh?
tell them to piss off, karma will eventually catch up to them.
Don’t let them get to you
I understand and sympathise with you, but the best way is to Ignore such comments from rude people. Approach a good neurologist and also try yoga. I accept that life is hell shaking but look at all the positive things life gives you, make good friends, be helpful and try not to be upset.

Even i got some situation where one person laughed at me ,i was just crossing the road he was on vehicle,when i came to know this,i followed that vehicle in auto and just standed behind his vehicle in a traffic signal ,immediately he became like feared,hahahhah
