I think I did something to my arm; my hand is shaking?

tremor
Moonlit Hemlock

Yesterday I was using a heavy hammer with my right hand for almost 3 hours. Since then my right arm has been shaking a lot. Its not just a slight tremor, its actually shaking and its harder to write and type.

Can a pulled muscle do that? Or any other small thing that could happen to cause it? Or should I see a doctor?

your arm is just tired from the repeated stress of the hammer hitting stuff. they make special hammers that diffuse the shock away from your arm so that doesn’t happen.

if you use hammers enough your arm will get used to it. don’t worry about it you’re fine.

however if it continues to shake tomorrow, or you have other symptoms, you should see a doctor. they’d be qualified to give you advice unlike me. also if you notice anything else weird, it could be something in need of attention.

Probably just stressed the muscle. Kinda when you work out and then afterwards your arms or legs or whatever you worked out shakes for awhile. It should go away by tomorrow.

I have had this happen too after using a weed eater! its from using the tool repeatedly and stretching the muscle.
