		<description>Probably just stressed the muscle. Kinda when you work out and then afterwards your arms or legs or whatever you worked out shakes for awhile. It should go away by tomorrow.</description>

		<description>your arm is just tired from the repeated stress of the hammer hitting stuff. they make special hammers that diffuse the shock away from your arm so that doesn&#039;t happen.

if you use hammers enough your arm will get used to it. don&#039;t worry about it you&#039;re fine.

however if it continues to shake tomorrow, or you have other symptoms, you should see a doctor. they&#039;d be qualified to give you advice unlike me. also if you notice anything else weird, it could be something in need of attention.</description>
