Is tremers after breaking a fever okay/ normal?

My dad’s been sick and had a fever of 103 (F), and then he went to the doctor, took some medicine, and we think the fever broke because he was sweating profusly and continued through the night. Now he has the tremors a bit, and I’m just really concerned. So, are the tremors any bit normal when breaking a fever?
Not usually after it’s broken…..they are very common DURING the fever not so much after. Any chance he can go back to the hospital?
Hm…. I’m not sure. I think its the flu he has but I don’t think tremors are an onset of it. I’d definitely contact your doctor and ask about it.
I would take any chances!
