legs shake while walking downstairs?

mostly left leg is the worst. it only really happens during the evening, and sometimes it happens at night after a long day even while normally walking. it looks like a tremor rather than mild shaking. any ideas?
piece of info. 23 year old female. 118lbs healthy diet.
Seems like an obvious question, but do you have a physical job during the day? Sometimes after doing pushups or something, my hand will shake when I’m just trying to brush my teeth. Just a thought, hope everything ends up ok.
