My computer monitor (not a flatscreen) has a slight tremor – what can I do?

tremor
self-doubting

Over the weekend I dusted and moved my Dell desk-top computer. Ever since, the monitor has a very slight (almost unnoticeable) tremor, and the type on the screen has a slight movement to it (it’s not sharp, like it used to be). I’ve checked to make sure it’s not closer to any magnets, but the only thing around it is a window, a lamp, and a chair. Is there anything I can do to stop the tremor, or diagnose it? It’s driving me crazy!
