I have a friend whos son does this and hes only 4. His head looks like a bobble head when he does it and we always thought it was kinda cute cause he does it most when he gets excited while talking. If theres something more too it though id like to tell her about it. She doesnt have insurance so she cant afford to take him to the doctor or specialist unless its something serious... I hope its not to serious for your friend but she should definitely get checked out by more than one doc for opinion purposes. Good Luck To her. This is a very serious malady and needs a thorough exam by a neurologist. Always get 2nd & 3rd opinions. It may be familial tremors then again, it may not be.
