   The most prominent feature is progressive, severe muscle weakness. Any tremors would be likely secondary to the weakness.

   ALS, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

   There is generalized muscle weakness. Tremors or muscle twitching may occur.

   There’s lots of info on the internet. I will list one link.
