Why do my hands tremor? It is noticable when I am holding something or pouring liquid. I am only a 32yo male. Good general health other than some slight anxiety. What could be the issue? I don’t take medicine and I have low blood pressure and exercise. I take supplements: magnesium, multi, vitamin D, glucosamine, B, and zinc. Looking for clues. Thanks for the help!

I just got surgery done on my wisdom teeth on Monday.
i’m only borderline (.07…. my last TSH was reading November)…. my symptoms have been increasing over the past few months…. my insurance doesn’t kick in until may… i used to eat really healthfully in high school and didn’t detect many symptoms then other than the occasional late/missed period, anxiety, difficulty breathing, and an occasional night sweat…. now i have all of that everyday, along with the tremors, increased appetite, fatigue, etc……. is there anyway i can treat it completely on healthy diet and vitamins alone? i haaaaaate taking medication, so if there is anyway i can suppliment my diet instead, i’d love to do that! thanks for your help!
I’ve been on Cymbalta for two months now, and recently I’ve been experiencing really bad anxiety, tremors, and stomach ailments. I’m on 60 mgs of it, and also taking Effexor, Topamax, and Seroquel.
Has anyone had these problems while on Cymbalta before?

Anyone out there have some advice on ways to get a hold of my anxiety? I have never had a problem dealing with stress but now it seems I am always worrying. I do have a lot of things going on in my life at the moment. I cant sleep through the night without waking up. My hands tremor, my knees feel weak. I cant seem to shake it. I guess if i cant get control of it I will have to go in and get some meds but i really want to leave that as a last resort.

when i put my left or right heel up when i’m sitting down my leg starts to shake uncontrollably, kind of involuntarily. Its a horrible sight and I notice gets worse with anxiety. Once you lower or raise the heel past that point at which it shakes it resolves itself. No tremor at rest – is this a kinetic tremor? I know others have experienced this but is there a normal medical explanation for it?
