What causes hands to tremor other then the cold and how serious is it? 10 points?

My hands have been trembleing for days and I don’t know what is wrong is it anything serious I can’t exactly see a doctor at least for 2 more weeks so is it seriously something I should worry about or am I over reacting?
I’m 16 I drank a small cup of coffee with a little sugar about 2 hours ago but thats it and I hope it’s not parkinsons it may be anxiety but I don’t know what cayses that!
