bjxtreme
I’m a teenage student. I have been wondering whether this is essential tremor or not. Mine is something like a situational one.. i mean, an unfamiliar situation. Suppose, when I join a new group of friends and when I do something, my hands shake. But, after a few weeks, when I get used to those guys, my hands don’t shake when I do normal things around them.
When I’m alone, there is no shaking of hands. But the thing is I’m not alone always… there are so many places where my hands keep on shaking. Because of this problem, I’m scared to get on a stage or go in front of the class etc.
The chemistry lab is a fine terrible example… I can’t hold anything without shaking, its a terrible life like this. Everyone notices it also.
It also happens in some examinations, not all, if the paper is either very easy (easy to score above 98%) or very tough (that i’ll fail), then my hands start shaking. If the paper is moderate, then no shaking! Is there anyway to get rid of dis strange problem.
