I am 22 old boy. my leg and hand trembling uncontrollably without any reason . Due to this (leg & hand trembling ) I am not able to communicate with people properly . What I do, I am getting frustrated. I have tried every possible solution such as exercise, yoga etc. but my leg still tremble. I don’t the reason of trembling. Someone advice me what to do to cure this problem I don’t want to live with it.
I am a 17 year old male, and my left hand is a little shaky when I move it, not when it is standing still. My left thumb is also a little shaky. My right hand is a little but not as much as my left hand.
Do you think it’s essential tremor, or something worse like a brain tumor? I get angry easily and have fights with my parents, do you think this could be a tumor or something(I’ve been like that for at least 2 years)?

Taking primidone and mysoline for essential tremor i have had for 5 years. It seems to be necessary to keep increasing the dosage on both medications.

I am 85 years old with essential tremor.I took mysoline 150 mg once before sleep for5 days, then decreased the dose to 50 mg a day for 5days and stopped the mysoline for its side effects,including fainting,hard of walking .2 months later,my tremor is getting obvious.Is that the symptom of stopping mysoline suddenly?Why and how to solve it?
Has anyone got essential tremor that has not been significantly progressive. I have yet to be diagnosed but i’ve been reading up on ET extensively and while many research centres say it is progressive in all sufferers some say that it may remain mild for some people. The symtoms seem to match up exactly to what i’ve been experiencing for the last few years. It started off with a slight head tremor and although the intensity hasn’t increased the tremor has now spread to my back, arms, hands and sometimes legs. I’m working abroad for six months so i can’t really go and see a doctor but i’m wouried about the progression of this condition. I’m 23 and don’t want to end up on beta blockers for the rest of my life. Would be helpful to hear from anyone who’s in a similar situation or has been through the same thing.
What meds help? What makes it worse?
How do you manage when both hands shake? have you heard of any cures? Primidone is not working. The dr. said Mirapex is for Parkinson’s and would not work for tremor. Life is becoming very difficult! Any suggestions would be welcome.
No wiseguys, please. This is a serious problem and needs serious answers, not jokes. There’s nothing funny about not being able to use your hands.
I do not suffer from either of these conditions. Please read the question. I just want to know WHAT essential tremor IS and what CAUSES rls. Is it psychological?
