Im female, 25 yrs of age and slightly overweight.I don’t drink but I smoke about 5 cigarettes a day. I have no know health problem but was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome about 3 years ago.
I have been on Fluoextene for six months for anxiety and depression, things have got better but Health Anxiety can still play a big part!
I have noticed that when I hold my hands out, palms down my left hand/fingers twitch and shake but my right hand is still. I also notice when I try to do things i.e put on make up that my left hand can shake to. If I rest my hand, say on my leg or table it does not move.
I am very worried and have googled my symptom which was not a good idea.
Should I go to the Doctors…again!

I can’t ask someone to do it for me. They aren’t any good at it either. I also have a hand tremor, but my left hand comes out looking good and my right really bad. what can I do?
I am currently 15 almost 16 and i do cross country which i run a lot and after, i am exhausted but i still workout with weights and it happened about a month ago where i started realizing that my hands shake a bit when i stick out my arm and i am not trying which i think its called hand tremors and i really need to know if its serious or its from lifting weights. I hope you can tell me what i can do to make it go away or reduce the tremor by a lot.
Dr. understand i need a higher dosage i am on a very low dose ~~~what should i do?
I’m a little concerned, becuase I have noticed that my hand shakes a bit when I raise it. I know is that normal, or could be a medical condition? I’ve read that serious diseases like Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinsons Disease can cause tremors. Should I be worried? It does not however affect my quality of life.
If it is true, what is the physiologic changes that causes this condition? How to prevent this condition? Thanks.
They keep asking him if he’s alright, and giving him weird looks for his hand shaking so much. Why did it do that?
My hand does that too very often which is why im wondering, although it might be different.
