I have been getting hand tremors and was wondering if this sounds normal or should I worry: when it happens its in my finger and thumb, like when i pinch them together, it also happens if I am lifting something.
These happen once in a great while,not often, and lasts 10-15.
minutes, it almost feels like I have low blood sugar? But today I’ve been eatting a lot of sweets (bday party) so maybe its to much sugar? anyway, can you help me out

I was diagnosed with a mental illness years ago, but really started taking it seriously about 4yrs ago. I’ve tried so many different meds that I’ve lost count, finally things are starting to get better, I don’t hate myself anymore (yay!!!) the issue I’m having has to do with hand tremors, I’m about to start pastry school and I need my hands to be steady.
