i am 24 yrs old,i had a slightly intention & action tremor since i was a teenager.
i had Upbeat nystagmus , i was examind by number of neurologist & done brain MRI that was normal and was dignosed with Migrain.
Should i be worried about My tremor..
My family has a history of tremor.. we all has it but it differece in it severity..

Went to neurologist after first one when 15, had another at 19, and a 3rd at 25. This time had wierd hot and cold sensations on one side of face about 3 weeks before the numbness started. Now entire right side numb for about 3 days. Don’t think it could be stroke because not very sudden appearance of symptoms and that I’ve had 2 similar experiences. 1st on left side only affecting leg, 2nd on right side mostly affecting hand and arm also with tremors. 3rd now affecting all of right side including face, tongue and teeth, arm, leg, chest and back. This does not affect the normal working in life. It worsens with stress and anxiety. Neurologist says this looks like a case of essential tremor. Since I am already hypertensive a beta blocker has been prescribed. Can anybody help. I do not want to be having beta blockers for times to come

She is seeing a neurologist, but Im not sure I am happy with his diagnosis. He says she has essential tremors. This started about 10 months ago. After numerous trips to the ER , one night she had 3 seizures back to back. When she has these body jerks they can last up to 2 hrs. Any info would be appreciated. She is also having trouble with anxiety and depression due to these problems. She is embarrassed about these spells she is having. If anyone has or knows anyone with similar symptoms, please reply. She is on several meds , but her head and hands still shake , but not as bad as they were.
