My boyfriend has hand tremors almost all of his life. They shake constantly. He has been told it could be a pinched nerve somewhere in his neck or back. Could this be the reason? Can a pinched nerve really last that long?
I have been having tremors at night for a while, but this night when I have them my foot is going to sleep. I’m not sitting on it or anything. Is this nothing to worry about?

I am now 15 in 9th grade and my twitching hasn’t gotten any better, just recently I hurt the middle of my back. A day after it happened, the tremors in my left hand got very bad, making it hard to hold things still. Also i showed my problem to my biology teacher and he said it could be the fact that I take Vyvanse. Would that possibly be a reason?
