when my diabetes is out of control I shake a lot.. also does the same thing when my blood pressure gets too high..a high amount of coffee or sodas or sugar will also cause this

See a doctor. Could be different things… allergic reaction to food or something, dehydration, neurological problems…
It’s usually a neurological symptom, but may not be the root cause. I had Lyme Disease, didn’t know it, and started a job in a building that had toxic mold, which caused the Lyme to run ‘rampant’, until I got treated. This doesn’t mean, this is your situation, and there are many simple reasons or simple diagnosis that won’t really change your life much except taking a medicine.

You could have the start of some kind of palsy. Parkinsons, etc., I would ask your doctor about it.

The Answer to your questions is called ESSENTIAL TREMORS. I’M 42 yrs old and i have had the problem since i was in my early 20′s. You can do a web search and its gives you a lot of answers to questions. The only thing that can be done is go on medicine. And as you get older it will only get worse..But you really need to talk to your doctor about it. hope this helps

My guess is that you have a neurological disorder called Essential Tremors. They run in a familly, so maybe you can remeber if anybody had it that you know…it might help you with diagnose. Of course nobody would do it better then the doctor, so i would suggest you to visit him. In the mean time, seek about essential tremors, you might find some things similar.

If you need someone to talk to feel free to write
