Why do I have head tremors?

It only happens when I’m sleeping and it wakes me up. I told my family doctor and he said it’s because I don’t eat enough vegetables. Does this sound right?
when I say head tremors I mean that I feel like there’s electricity in my head, and it shakes multiple times. It happens when I nap, as well, and when it happens my mom thinks it’s funny to hold my head still until it stops shaking.

What do you mean by head tremors? If you mean that you jerk and wake yourself up as you go to sleep this is very common and is not to be worried about. If your head/body shakes multiple times, it sounds neurological and you may want to go to a neurologist. You could also be dreaming that you have head tremors.
im no doctor, but it dosent sound good. I reckon get a new doc.
Get a 2nd opinion. Doctors are human and make mistakes. I know a lot of young kids have this type of spastic movements but grow out of it but go to another doctor to make sure.
