Why do my hands tremor?

Why do my hands tremor? It is noticable when I am holding something or pouring liquid. I am only a 32yo male. Good general health other than some slight anxiety. What could be the issue? I don’t take medicine and I have low blood pressure and exercise. I take supplements: magnesium, multi, vitamin D, glucosamine, B, and zinc. Looking for clues. Thanks for the help!
It could be a Number of things. Do you drink alcohol,caffinated drinks?
This could also be a hiden medical problem. best to see a doctor as soon as possable!
